PwC encouraged employees to get to know each other better and learn more about the diversity they bring to work. They did this by pairing up employees as buddies. In advance they were sent tips and tricks and questions they could ask each other. Their day looked like this:
9:00: Buddies send each other a message with a fun fact about themselves. “Did you know that …”
12:00: Buddies have lunch together and bring a cultural snack.
5:00 p.m.: Buddies send each other a message, describing their experience of the meeting in one word.
