Rabobank organized two 3-hour sessions for all its employees on Diversity Day 2020. Once in the morning and once later in the afternoon so their our foreign colleagues had a chance to join in. These sessions focused on three topics: looking at things differently, psychological safety and generational differences. The sessions included a round table discussion with external experts and Rabobank employees in which we discussed current dilemmas concerning psychological safety, and an interactive part in which the viewers became aware of their own prejudices and were challenged to overcome them. And the Diversity award was presented!
Diversity Day 2020 was organized together with the internal Rabobank networks around D&I.
