
This year, ProRail didn’t just leave it at one day, they had a whole month to celebrate Diversity Day: ‘Diversity Month – Do you have some diversitime for me?’ ProRail offered several online activities internally on a variety of diversity and inclusiveness related topics:
- A training course on unconscious bias;
- Sessions in the series ‘The Power of’ dyslexia and introversion;
- Duos walk a Diversity Walk with each other;
- A podcast with colleagues who participated in the Diversity Day Challenge;
All this to learn from each other, connect colleagues and facilitate personal development. Because: “Only when you are yourself, you can make the most of your talents.”
