Rotterdam is a dynamic metropolis with a resilient and colorful heart. That’s why the Municipality of Rotterdam dedicated the entire day to inclusion and diversity on October 6.
Colleagues used dialogue tables to discuss inclusion, diversity, racism and discrimination. Workshops were held to raise awareness of inclusive communication. Managers discussed discrimination and racism using the privilege game. The City of Rotterdam concluded the day with a special speaker who told about his experiences of growing up in two worlds.
