
KPN Nederland organized four days of inspiring activities around Diversity Day 2020. The message was: ‘Inclusion belongs to all of us’. Here is a sample of what was on the program:
- Launch of a game about unconscious bias called ‘Blindspot’ in collaboration with Frisse Blikken and three launching customers.
- 31 events and learning experiences focused on D&I for all employees.
- Social media campaign
- Social media campaign in which employees shared their views on ‘Being yourself works at KPN’.
- Social media campaign
- Inclusive messages on the LED walls in all KPN stores in the Netherlands.
- Social media campaign where employees shared their image of ‘Being yourself works at KPN’.
- The message ‘Diversity Day 2020 – Being yourself works’ was featured on the impressive led banner on the high-rise office building in Rotterdam.
