PwC organized several activities for Diversity Day 2020! An inspiring program:
- Drawing and reading campaign for colleagues with young children. They were sent books at home that touched on diversity themes. The assignment was to make a drawing about this with their child.
<Diversity Day Buddy action where colleagues were matched on the basis of cultural background and job level. They met (virtually) to learn from each other. - A Painting related to Diversity & Inclusion that was painted by a colleague was unveiled on October 6.
- Book presentation by Lucinda Douglas, speaker on personal leadership, among other topics. She presented in an online session her book ‘Gutsy’ which she wrote in collaboration with 50 women.
PwC used Diversity Day 2020 to kick off a period dedicated to greater inclusion in the workplace. The firm also gave attention to holidays that followed, such as National Coming Out Day and World Values Day.
