A government-wide meeting was held as part of Diversity Day, hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (MoIKR). The following ministries took part: the Ministry of General Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, and the Tax and Customs Administration.
Conversation and meeting were central to the meeting. Employee networks exchanged knowledge and experiences in order to learn from each other and take further actions together. How can we increase awareness of inclusion? How do we talk to each other about the culture in our organization? And how can you make yourself and those around you aware of certain prejudices or assumptions? These are questions that were addressed during this inspiring afternoon.
